Here’s What Happens…

It’s 75 minutes of magic and fun.

You show up. I put you in a small group with people you should already know. We’ll do this twice so you can make more friends.

I'll toss you a growth prompt. (stuff like: "What's one thing you're avoiding that would accelerate traction?")

You'll riff on it together for ~20 minutes, and walk away with a new idea or aha moment.

Then: one live hot seat. 15–20 minutes of my GPS-brain on one person's business. They get a big momentum unlock. Everyone else walks away with at least one "oh sh!t, I could steal that" opportunity. (Coaching by proximity works.)

A Little More About Me…

Since 2013, I’ve been the strategist, facilitator, and performance coach leaders call when they want clarity fast, results that stick, and momentum on-demand. I wrote the book on simplicity and ease in business (literally - it’s called The Hustle-Free Business.)

I’ve partnered with the Dallas Mavericks, Xerox, Wells Fargo, Chase, plus hundreds of founders and small businesses, helping them unlock growth they didn’t know was possible.

How? By cutting the complexity, spotting the hidden potential, and pairing sharp strategy with emotional intelligence. (Think: rocket fuel for your business, minus the burnout.)

I’ve been running communities and facilitating connection calls like these since I started my business over a decade ago. You’re in great hands here, I promise.

Your Q’s - My A’s:

  • No one likes small talk. You'll meet a few people in small groups. It's conversational, not performative. If you're an introvert, you'll be fine. Just show up and be yourself - my people are warm, welcoming, and wicked awesome.

  • Totally fine. Just show up with one thing that's on your mind: a current friction point, a question you're pondering, or something you're trying to figure out. We'll work with it. Or feel free to simply show up and serve others - also totally OK.

  • Yes, please do! I’m always looking to expand my network, and if you’re here and YOU are as rad as I predict you are then odds are that anyone you invite will be equally awesome. The more awesome humans we can have on these calls, the better off we all are.

  • Nope. This isn't a sales call disguised as networking. It's a real space for real connection. I may share about a timely offer every now and then when it’s relevant to a discussion, and I always invite folx who are interested in working with me to book time to talk about it, but other than that this call is pure value. And anyone else who shows up spammy won't be invited back.

  • One clear ask or current friction point. Your curiosity and a desire to know and serve others. An open mind and heart. A way to capture contact info for all your new BFFs. That's it.

  • These calls aren’t really designed like that. Just like in life, the magic happens when you engage, even lightly. You don't have to be "on," but showing up with curiosity gets you further than lurking. It’s a safe, fun space to hang. You’ll do great.

  • Hot seat portion only, if we record. The facilitated friend-making part is live-only. That's where the real connection happens. (Plus, they’re in breakouts so logistically it’s not really a thing…)

  • No problem. Drop in when you can. Momentum builds over time, and you never know who you’ll meet each time you attend, but even one hang is worth it.

  • You're still welcome, but the conversations tend to focus on scaling challenges, strategic leverage, and unlocking the next level. You'll learn a ton—but it might feel like the convos are a few steps ahead of where you are right now. If that sounds useful (or aspirational) and you have value to add to the group, come hang.
